At the gas-fired Klingenberg Heating Plant, Dornier Power and Heat’s ISO 17025-accredited materials testing laboratory conducts annual metallographic component tests, on-site hardness testing, and on-site material verification tests to monitor the service life of the high-pressure steam piping system and the four steam generators.
